      - Corrected problems in handling of bulk load that corrupted presets by truncating blocks that were being appended.

2.0 - Service Release (11/26/2012)
      - Was going to be used as an interim release until the corrected fan
        control hardware was working.  Various forces caused a change in
        plans and this version was abandoned.  No units with this version
        should have gone out.  The only change was to force the fan on
        (since it is now controllable).

2.1 - Service Release (11/29/2012)
      - Adds temperature-sensitive fan speed control.  Details on fan speed:
            * There are two speeds (low, high).
                * High kicks on at about 70C.
                * High drops to low when temperature is below 60C.

2.2 - Internal Release (2/6/2013)
        - Don't update clip status when unit in standby.  This isn't an
          official release yet; one customer has this change.  If when
          this is officially released we add any other changes, I'll
          bump the version to 2.3.

2.3 - Service Release (4/26/2013)
      - Corrected clip indicator threshold for 100V amplifiers.
