SP-8.1P Passive Subwoofer Architect & Engineering Specs The speaker shall be comprised of a, extended dynamic range 8" woofer with ferrite magnet, front loaded into a bass-reflex, .6" reinforced plywood enclosure and coated in a textured paint finish. There shall be a perforated steel, foam-backed front grille. The rear panel shall have dual Speakon NL4 connectors and 4-pole removeable Euroblock connector wired in parallel for easy daisy-chain connections to additional enclosures. The speaker shall be equipped with screw-in pole-mount receptacles on both the top and side to accomodate the IS-PM1B or IS-PM6B pole for supporting the IS speakers. The enclosure shall also have two recesed handles-one on either side-for easy transport, as well as rubber feet on the bottom and side and indents on top and side for stacking. The speaker shall also be equipped with 10mm bolt holes on the top/rear/back & sides to accept optional M10-SP eye-bolts for flown installation. The speaker shall benefit from special DSP voice presets that provide frequency response tailoring, delay and X-over settings (for use with IS & AW speakers) that are available when used with AquaControl & Protea-equipped processors.
