Ashly’s CA Series and FA Series power amplifiers are shipping worldwide with two new proprietary technologies. D-MAX pairs an ultra-fast switching power supply with silicon dioxide semiconductors and diodes for higher power efficiency — enough to run two CA 1.54 amplifiers (6,000W each) on a single 20-amp service. SailFlow is a new bi-lateral air-cooling design that directs internal airflow specifically at the areas generating the most heat, rather than cooling the whole chassis indiscriminately.

The CA Series adds Dynamic Power-Factor Correction, tracking current fluctuations in real time rather than sampling at peaks, and ships in six configurations — three two-channel and three four-channel models across 500W, 1,000W, and 1,500W per-channel ratings. The FA Series brings the same technology into a smaller form factor built for houses of worship, schools, corporate spaces, retail, and hospitality installs.
