The mXa-1502 is literally a “system-in-a-box” and includes all the critical components for creating the ideal solution for a wide range of applications. These include:

A 16-input (8 Balanced Mic/Line inputs + 4 Stereo Unbalanced inputs) Mixer, which incorporates programmable Class A mic-preamps, full block-assignable DSP on every channel (Gain, Meters, Compressor, Leveler, Gate, Limiter, 10-band Parametric EQ, HPF & LPF, 31-band Graphic EQ, Signal Generator, Delay). Up to 6 independent functions can be assigned to every channel. Everything you’ll need to handle just about any source signal

• 4 Independent Matrix Mixers, which are assignable to any or all of the unit’s 4 outputs. Each mixer can take any of the 16 inputs, each with fader control and metering, plus mute. Each mixer also incorporates a full-featured priority Ducking system for paging or priority miking and also a gain-sharing Auto-Mixer for all mic channels for use in meeting spaces. Create one mix for all outputs, or an independent mix for each output.

• 4 Output channels with full DSP. Same functions as inputs, but adds Ambient Noise Control, Universal X-Over functions and FIR Filter import capability. This makes the mXa-1502 one of the most advanced zone and speaker system processors available.
  
• 2-channel x 150W multi-mode Class D amplifier. Each channel of the amp section can be set to drive loads from 2-8 Ohms or constant voltage (25/70 or100V), You can mix and match speakers loads as needed, with one side driving up to four 8 Ohm speakers and the other a string of high-impedance ceiling speakers. Of course, the channels may also be bridged for a total of 300W, that can be used to drive a subwoofer or a larger 70/100V load. When you need to expand, the mXa-1502s dual AUX outputs can be used to connect to additional power when required.

  

• Programmable Scheduler with Real-Time Clock. For those situations where unattended operation is required, the mXa-1502 can be programmed to operate in automated fashion. You can easily create a schedule for the mXa to automatically turn on/off, change presets, mute/unmute channels, activate triggers, page to zones, select sources and more. A built-in Real-Time Clock can be synced to other devices or a network time server for years of accurate timing reference. With this and many of the automatic mixer functions, the mXa-1502 practically drives itself.

• Built for integration. To top it all off, we’ve equipped the mXa-1502 with a full complement of integration I/O: 8 GPI trigger inputs, 2-GPO Trigger outputs, 2 fault outputs (one for each amp channel), standby on/off port & 3 VC control ports. And of course-Ethernet. All programmable using the AquaControl interface to operate according to project requirements

• Integrated Software Remotes. As if all the above weren’t enough, the mXa-1502 even provides built-in Remote pages, which can be served up on virtually any PC, Tablet or smartphone. No extra hardware required. Just intelligent control.
  • Mixer Remote: Provides access to any of the four available mixer sections in a simple, easy-to-use interface with faders, meters and channel On/Off functions
  • DVCA Remote: Up to four DVCA groups may be created and served as a remote -page
  • Virtual WR-5 Remote: One or more virtual WR-5 remote panels may be accessed on any small-format mobile device with preset recall, source select, channel mute, meter and fader functions, all accessible.
